Assisted Choice was an invaluable source in helping me find assisted living for my 94 year old mom in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. I couldn't possibly have completed this task without their kind, caring, and very knowledgeable assistance. After our mother fell and was hospitalized, she couldn't return to her assisted living home. So my sister and I combed through online reviews of places, made phone calls about availability, and made the best choice we could in the short amount of time we had. Then we discovered the place we chose for our Mom sadly lacking. So we made a desperate phone call to Assisted Choice on a weekend, praying that they could help us. Kayla answered the phone and immediately calmed our fears. A former director of a senior living home, she asked all the right questions to determine what our Mom needed, then said she would find a place for her. "What do we need to do?" we asked. "Not a thing," she replied. "I'll find out what's available and call you back Monday morning." Good as her word, Kayla called late Monday morning. She had found one room available that met all our parameters for Mom's care. She arranged a tour for us that afternoon, and it was perfect. I don't know how we would have found that place on our own. It would have taken too many phone calls and too many visits to various places to figure out. Kayla at Assisted Choice really was an answer to prayer! Can't recommend her compassion, understanding and diligence enough.
