        I have lived in the building for over 10 years now and absolutely loved it. New Managment started in 2019 that has made a big positive impact and the new board in 2020-2021 has taken a resident first approach to Managment and it has been really great.

        Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. The HOA has completely ruined this building with their incompetence. Easily the worst looking building in Buckhead with some of the highest HOA fees.
