We recently purchased a restaurant and had the pleasure of working with Steve. He was outstanding to work with. Steve has been in business for quite some time, and his vast knowledge and experience with the restaurant business is quite impressive. Steve also has a vast knowledge of the metro Atlanta area and this really helped. I have total confidence in Steve's analysis and recommendations. He is also the most the responsive realtor that I have ever dealt with him. When your money matters, you can count on Steve to get you the best deal.

Not professional. Stay away from them. Work with people who want to help you. As mentioned, over the phone, getting an investor isnt a problem at all. You assumed I was asking you to find an investor then carried on with talk to me when you have a couple hundred thousands in the bank. Not sure if you were hearing all my questions correctly at that point. No one is carrying $500,000 in the bank. Just because I have $10,000 in the bank in cash today does not mean I cant have a $500,000 check written tomorrow. Im sure you are familiar with assets. Instead you were rude and didnt care to elaborate about what was was included with lounge on the phone. Not enough information was posted on the listing. I received your voicemail and how you wanted me to take this down because it could ruin your rep however I wouldnt be writing this if you werent rude. Please have good intentions the first time when speaking to customers on the phone. I will need you to email me from now on if you like to make things right and would like to carry on with business. If not, have a good day and this post will remain up until further notice . Thank you .
