Today I went to the Lucky Brand Perimeter Mall location to return a pair of jeans that I bought online and picked up at this store location Dec. 12th. The jeans that I had bought were too small for my son. When I tried to return today, I was told by the manager (I think) that the jeans that I had bought two weeks prior had been discontinued and I could not return. I told her that she must be incorrect since they were still online for sale and there had been no mention of not being able to return. She refused to return the jeans and said I would have to contact the company online. Customer service online said that the store should have taken the jeans back since I had picked them up there and the issue would have to be looked at before they could send me a return label. So now I have a brand new pair of Lucky Jean 121 Slim Straight, tags on and $64 charged to my credit card on Dec. 2nd that are too small and I cannot return. I usually buy Lucky Brand at discount stores with great service. Terrible service dealing with the Lucky Brand company on both ends, retail store and online.

I did such a mistake that I contacted with them! I ordered shoes that they had only online with tow shipping day. I got So many lies! Each one of the representatives said something else until they just canceled my order without saying that to me! Never will buy anything from them! Feel so unlucky!!
