I highly recommend Dr. Olt for anyone having problems with their back. I first visited him Sept. 30th; I was having lower back pain, numbness in the lower part of my body, limited flexibility, as well as balancing issues. I was having trouble just walking and was at the point of buying and using a cane; I feared the worst. Dr. Olt provided a thoughtful and honest diagnosis, and a thorough recommendation on how to proceed which included dietary changes, supplements, stretching/exercises, as well as his therapy sessions. I followed his advice and have been working with him for a month and a half now. Things have improved significantly. The pain as well as the numbness has subsided greatly.
