Cant recommend their company enough. Ben was so helpful in repairing our fireplace and was so courteous and honest! Really appreciated everything he did today to fix our fireplace issue!

Just had Southern Chimneys clean, inspect, and repair our chimney, can't say enough about this company. Employees are so professional and efficient. Customer service is great, very good at keeping you informed if any changes/issues. Would highly recommend this company. Excellent Service.

The team that came out to inspect and clean my fireplace were knowledgeable and thorough. I had an issue with my gas key being stuck and not turning, these guys fixed it in about 2 minutes and then completed the inspection/cleaning.They also talked me through my overall unit and some of the different components. Made a few suggestions for improvement and mentioned what their team could do to enhance the unit but definitely did not push anything.I'll be calling Southern Chimneys for any future fireplace needs.

I cannot say enough about this incredible company.it is truly rare to find a company with so much integrity and ethical values that trusts and honors their customers so much.first off, Justin and Fernando were prompt, polite, honestly, just sweet guys that were very knowledgeable and worked hard to complete the cleaning of five fireplaces even though the work order that I had placed only called for one cleaningwhen I changed my mind and wanted everything cleaned, their attitude was to make me happy.its so important to understand your fireplace(s) is/are another appliance that needs care even if you dont use it often. The chimney is also a critical part of your roof and getting it checked can potentially save you thousands of dollars and headaches down the road.when one super minor hiccup occurred, not only did I have Justin right on it, but also Adam, the phenomenal owner who shared Justins belief that every home should be treated like their ownonly reason Im mentioning this super minor glitch is because it was handled immediately and beyond my expectations, and lets face it, stuff happens, but unlike a subpar company, when it counts, you need to know, this responsible, well run company responds immediately and is right behind you. I honestly have to say that anyone that leaves a negative review for this company is someone that just cannot be pleased, period. I cant wait to continue to recommend and engage with Southern Chimneys.
