Avis Car Rental

Please listen to these other reviews and DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. I had the most horrific experience and they charged me DOUBLE what I was initially quoted. I rented a Ford Explorer and was given a lesser vehicle. I truly wish I could give them negative stars. This is my first and only time I will EVER rent from AVIS. I will now and forever be Enterprise loyal.

I went in for assistance with an issue that I had with an AVIS renter who hit my car and ran - and the representative at this location "Jamal" was not helpful in any way at all. To Management of the Colony Square location: If you are going to have one person working at your location that person should be equipped to handle any situation that comes their way. They should also be willing to help as much as possible (whether that be call someone else, utilize internal resources, google it, whatever!), he just came off has lazy and very unprofessional. He was not a good representation of the Avis brand. In fact, he made the brand look so bad that I will likely never rent a car from Avis.

Outstanding staff. Friendly and helpful. They ran out of the car type I requested and gave me a mini van instead. It was described as a 'chick magnet' - it wasn't ;) I later returned to the airport when they had replenished their supplies and changed vehicle, no questions asked. Overall, the staff are great and provide an excellent customer experience.
