It seems to be a lot of changes that has happened here over the years. This last year the customer service is not that great. You use to know your nurse and could contact them by email or call. Some doctors even offered their phone number for you to call them directly. Its none of that here anymore, especially this last year. Its really a pain especially if you come here because your case maybe rare and its not that many pickings to choose from. I said I wasn't going to do a review but here you go. People not being held accountable. No bed side manner. Not empathetic. Not willing to do the research and communicate with their other colleagues about your case. Their computer system was changed, so appts you may have had were scheduled for the wrong dates. Information lost. Orders lost. Scans lost. It is hard to get calls returned, faxes get lost that other business have sent, and the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. They don't even read your documentation before you come in, it seems. I was told that every week on a certain day, it was a conference between the colleagues and they discussed your case for additional outlooks. I don't think that is happening at all. If you do complain, you get the "Oh I am so sorry" but when you come in, no one knows anything about the issue. Its hard enough coming here. No one is expecting hand holding but compassion and good quality work yes!
