There Customer Service is awful, terrible, horrible; inconsiderate. They care more about consumer connection than customer retention! I am trying g to get out of my contract due to being out of service for over 12 days, 2 tech visits, & NO care from Customer Care. The NFL packet isn't worth the abuse!!!

This company is horrible. I had Direct TV for my RV starting in 2012. We bought the RV used and it already had the dvr in it. when we sold the RV in 2019 we paid the balance and were told that the dvr did not need to be returned because it was an old technology that was no longer used. Since then I have been billed for the dvr and no mater how many phone calls and emails I have made, it does not go away. They have maligned my credit and I cannot get this to go away. Stay away from Direct TV.

I've asked a bunch of times to be taken off their call list and I still get calls from them. I never even had their service before. They spam way too much last conversation I had with them they hung up on me before I can even speak to them. It's impossible to get ANYTHING resolved
