My 4 year old son was sat out of practice multiple times because of his behavior but it’s their policy not to tell the parents. So, they just collected my money and didn’t teach my child anything. The instructor was alone with 10-12 kids ranging in age from 4-10. She was extremely rude to the kids, yelling, snapping her fingers, and clapping her hands at them. She clearly didn’t know how to manage small children. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. He lied to me about contacting me if my son was ever sat out of practice again. He hung the phone on me while I was discussing my issues with the class. DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE.
