Billed me for more than they quoted and did not put in writing (per their own contract terms) additional costs they repeatedly billed me for AFTER the project was complete. I pointed out their terms in the contract, stating changes in cost would be put in writing, which they did not do. I however paid 1/2 of the additional bill, over the original contract price. Now that I have additional work for them, they do not return my multiple emails. I guess paying 1/2 of their mistake and wanting to give them additional business isn't enough. Contracts are for the benefit of both, not just one.
