Alfred Angelo Bridal

I had been looking at Alfred Angelo bridal dresses for YEARS. I was so excited to try them on. I had been in the store once prior to my appointment. My parents came with me and everyone was very nice. I don't really have any major complaints, except that no one was super welcoming. I know that might sound petty, but it's a big deal and a big experience, ESPECIALLY the first time you try on dresses. I was a little confused why I wasn't given the option to go around the store and look at dresses I might like to try on. The lady who helped me was very nice, and brought me different dresses to try - but she didn't seem too enthused. It was a very underwhelming experience. I was supposed to be given a call back the next day (since I had an appointment elsewhere) and that never happened. It really helped me decide to purchase my dress at another store. So long story short - not very personable, very nice but not enthusiastic, and I couldn't pick my own styles. Just things to consider before you go here.

I recently had an appointment at Alfred Angelo, the consultants were nice as well as the manager but the atmosphere was not at all pleasing they really didn't seem to be happy at doing there job. The down payment they ask which is 60 percent just to order your dress is ridiculous and not only do they not have enough selections of sizes of all types of dresses they also lack in experience. My consultant was getting frustrated and gave me the ugliest scratch on my back. Not the worst but definitely will not be going back!

Where is my dress? I paid you all in full. Paid for alterations and now your store is closed. How can I get my dress back? Please help me.

I ordered my dress from this location and was happy with my selection and service. They were also accommodating of a family emergency and held my dress longer then usual and I thank them for that. On the Sunday(after 6 when they close) before my first fitting Monday morning (my fitting was at 11 when they open) I receive a call... I assume it is to verify my appointment but no it's to cancel. The employee stated that I could not longer get fitted in store. That she could email me the seamstress contact information (which I never received) that I had spoken to and I would have to go direct, which mind you is no even in Dunwoody (my options were Stone Mountain or Alpharetta). I got off the phone and then thought of another question, plus I never received an email so I called back of course the answering machine was on since it was after 6. In my opinion, which I did tell the employee, was that Alfred Angelo Bridal should have honored all there current appointments and started there new policy with new orders. I don't think it is right to have me pay for the dress and make an appointment to be fitted in store and cancel with less the 24 hour notice. You all have my dress and my money so there is literally nothing I can do except take it on the chin, for this reason alone I would not recommend this shop to anyone. A company that promises one thing and delivers something different is not one I want to affiliate with.

I can't say enough positive things about Alfred Angelo Bridal in Atlanta! After positive experiences with getting my last 2 bridesmaids dresses from them I knew I would be in good hands for my own wedding. I got my gown as well as my bridesmaids dresses from there for my wedding on November 19, 2016. I loved the selection they had, but more importantly, the customer service was top notch. They were always so friendly and on top of everything. I highly recommend them!
