Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Was lied to about when money would be available, and really needed it for a home purchase. Terrible service as well.

Although it is Christmas week- I walked into the bank on a Monday at 1:15pm and there was only but ONE teller! I deposited a check via the ATM that would be held until Tuesday. Today is Monday so I thought no problem. Only to realize as I went further into hitting "next" on the screen that it was TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK! As in they were going to hold my money for a whole 8 days. Wtf?!? Why is that even a thing??? So now I'm standing in this line hoping that we can void the deposit via the ATM but there is only one teller! Christmas week! Like bruh

No line only one person in front of me getting helped by 5 workers on 1 computer I been waiting for 15min so far and still waiting with no line!! Why does it take 5 ppl to help 1 customer? if this was 10 ppl in line they would move promptly to try to get everyone out I arrived at 1:30 it is now 1:55pm I hav a flight and it seems everyone is taken their sweet time!

This BOA is a good example of a business when there is no competition around. This is the 10th times or more I visited this branch and theyre closed without any notice. Every time I face with their door closed I doubt myself is it holiday? NO, google map shows theyre open. There is no holiday, theyre just closed and they just dont care about their customers to put a notice on their door. How hard it is to print a paper and let your customers know why youre closed, are you closed for 10 minutes? For half a day? For whole week? Just type it and print it and put it on the door. And even when theyre open they only have one teller (two at best) on busiest day of a week. This is an industrial area and majority of your customers are businesses around you and they can not waste one hour of their business day in line of your branch. I wish Wells Fargo or Chase open a new branch in Fulton Industrial Blvd so this BOA can remain close forever without bothering anyone.
