image No ATM. Rude employees. Not a single employee wearing their mask until a customer is all the way at their desk. I always have a MUCH better experience at the sandy springs location.

image Just talked to Beth in the REO department and she was so helpful and was not bothered that I, as a Real Estate Agent, had a lot of questions for a client of mine. That will give my client a great feeling. Many thanks to Beth and her agent Ashley..

image In January 2017, I applied for a mortgage loan. The loan officer Linda Ash from Cornerstone Bank in Atlanta, GA, asked me for all the information she needed at that moment. She didn't run my credit saying it was not necessary and she gave me a pre-approve letter to star and find my new house. She said the bank was going to give me a Conventional Loan. Finally, I and my realtor found a house and we submitted all the paperwork to the other party to hold the house. I put $2,000 in earnest money in a moving market and trusting in my lender to whom said everything was OK. I provided all documents to her and the nightmare stared here. She was hidden all time from me and my realtor, actually to the seller realtor. We had a deadline for the financing contingency and the lender knew it. She told me do not to worry and that my loan was going to be approved before the deadline. I didn't happen. I lost $2,000 in earnest money, $450 for an appraisal that she asks me to do before the final approval and $450 for the house inspection. I lost that house, my money and part of my honesty with the sellers, they thought I was lying to them all the time. Linda was not professional, honest and responsible because she didn't answer on time to my phone calls and emails when she knew my situation about the earnest money on the table. I was frustrated and so my wife. Time passed and no my hope of having a house. One month later probably at the end of April, I called her to see If she can give me a denied letter and she said: "Your loan has no been denied, you are in the process". Really? After 1 month with no news? Because I really want a house I continue with it knowing what happened. She told me to find another house and ..... the same thing. Finally, she offered a Ballom loan to be paid and 5 years. I said to her that I was going to speak with my realtor to see the pros and cons. I call her back and said that was not what she offers at the begging of the conversation when I showed at her office. She said the opposite. I didn't want to discuss with her and I just asked for a Withdraw letter to recover $1,000 in earnest money for this new house. She said she will send it to my email and she didn't. Again I told her about this money and she ignored it. I sent emails and called her and she never replied to me. I have all documents, emails and phone calls to prove my bad experience with this Bank and their irresponsible people. Thank God and another professional and responsible loan officer I got an FHA loan in 1 month I'm living in my new house.
