    Im writing this review because I feel customer service is very important!! On January 4 I called and spoke to the rude and unprofessional young lady about adding additional cars to my policy she informed me that she will call me back in 30 minutes which turned into me having to reach back out to her on January 5 so they know how I feel about customer service because for me communication is very important, I asked her about the policy she stated she forgot to call me back I said we have to set reminder so she stated let me call the insurance company and called you back she called back. I stated that Stacey the owner knows how I feel about customer service she said Maam Im going to call them I said my name is not Maam and I told her shes very unprofessional!! Every time I call shes the same way so Ill just call the insurance company directly myself! You cant have a successful business and have bad customer service Do better

    Stacy, in keeping with your style of company and employee management, I want to extend my heartfelt compliments to your staff member who worked with me for an entire week getting my (our) insurance needs met. When I called the number to your office, I was persistent in my request to talk directly to you. In turn, she was adamant about assuring me that she could take care of everything I needed in your absence. So I relinquished my desire to speak with you and you only and allowed her to proceed. I needed to reinstate the Highlander back on to my policy because I have had it repaired and as I write this message to you, the vehicle is being test driven in preparation for me to pick it up tomorrow (Monday, 12/20/21). However, my first priority when I called was to acquire renters insurance because I allowed the previous policy to expire. We had to do a lot of back and forth communication because she was attempting to get me a comfortable quote. There was also a deadline hovering from the apartment complex and the action was time-sensitive. We started out with an astronomical rate that would be unaffordable but I felt pressured (not by her) to accept it. With much maneuvering in between other clientele needing her as well, she was able to find a quote for me that we could pay in full. At the same time, my mechanic was moving so fast in completing the installation of a new engine in the Highlander that there was a need for me to get insured immediately for the test drive. Not only did she get me everything I needed but my monthly payments were reduced! I AM SO VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR STAFF! Please understand, Stacy, you have been the best insurance service I have ever had and I mean it. Everyone else has handled me with respect but they didn't care like your office does. I apologize to both you and her for not believing that anyone who works for(with) SC GLENN Insurance possesses and projects the same "customer first" spirit that you do and I should trust them just as much as I trust you. You do not have to be the only person I talk to at that office and should you need to take your monthly vacay trips to Jamaica, Paris, The Vatican, etc., you will get on that plane knowing your office, your company and your very good name is in the hands of a staff that thinks, works and acts the way you do. I ultimately declare that I trust SC GLENN Insurance and its entire staff/associates to service my insurance needs.
