I am very disappointed in this firm. I represent the seller. Our real estate transaction file had not even started till more than a week had past after sending multiple emails and trying to call. They will NEVER pick up the phone. I almost thought this was a made up firm. I actually stood inside their office, called their office, and HEARD the phone ring while no one made a single attempt to answer. Not even their extensions. Now that we closed on this transaction, my client (seller) still has not received her funds. I emailed the closer 2 times, called the firm multiple times. Nothing. For my years doing real estate, I currently would not consider them for any future transactions unless they start improving on their communication
