On June 12th 2019, I signed a contract with Dalimonte and Rueb, agreeing to retain them on my behalf concerning my claim against a class action suit on Roundup.
I accepted their terms regarding fees and expenses, etc. After a year has passed with only two correspondence between us and perhaps a phone call, I believed all was well and just thought I had to wait until Bayer settled.
I read a few days ago that Bayer had decided to settle and was quite pleased.
I had lung cancer twice,the first one in 2013,and then again in 2017. Besides having a lobe removed and extensive radiation, Im still subjected to a cats scan every two months because my oncologist has been watching a new nodule on my lungs.
Today I was shocked when I received a certified letter from Dalimomte Rueb, Llp thanking me for my claim and informing me that they are unable to pursue it on behalf and even had the audacity to suggest I obtain other legal representation.
Where were they prior to Bayer settling and how am I going to get someone else to represent me at this late date?
I am shocked and dismayed at their callousness and have no idea where I go from here after so much wasted time has passed.
I certainly would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
