I pulled Alina in to help draft a purchase agreement for one of my clients who was acquiring something that had special IT considerations. She produced an excellent trade secret acquisition agreement that covered all the bases my client needed! She is an absolute pleasure to collaborate with on top of being an excellent lawyer, I will continue to refer work to Alina and highly recommend her!
