Management has been great. I have never had an issue with my apartment that I had to wait a long period of time in order for that problem to be addressed. Management is it attentive and takes care of the tenants. It’s a family friendly environment.

Honestly, the owners response is so fantastic that I want to move back in.

My family lived in Hampton Hall for two years, in two different apartments. In the first one, which was a second-floor apartment, my biggest complain is that the floors and walls were paper thin, and there isn't a washer/dryer hookup. These are fairly benign. In our second unit, we were in a townhouse. It started out give, but within weeks, we started noticing some specifically in the kitchen. We let the office know, and we left on a planned vacation. We were gone for about a week. Upon returning, the small amount of roaches had multiplied, and they were all over (none were ever seen in the bedrooms). It did not matter how tidy the kitchen was, we would mostly find the roaches in the clean cabinets, with our clean dishes, or else in the fridge. Not in the sink or food pantry. As we tried to get rid of the bugs (including two maintenance requests), we noticed that they were going under the counters and behind the cabinets. We would spray Raid and put out traps. Nothing worked. It wasn't until maintenance had to come in due to a broken fridge (the amount of broken appliances is an entirely other discussion) that the bug problem was even dealt with, and at this point we only had 6 weeks left on our lease (which, again, the way that lease renewal was handled was atrocious; we were given four days notice to renew and pay a significant amount more). I most certainly do not recommend living at Hampton Hall if you do not like bugs or poor ventilation (again, that's another entire conversation; we could always smell whatever our neighbors were smoking).

I lived in Hampton Hall for 2 years and I highly recommend the property to others who are looking for great location and affordability. The community is very safe, maintenance is very quick and friendly, and the staff is also very nice and honest (which I think is rare these days as most rental places are out to get as much as your money as possible). 5 stars.
