This is my second year living at Brookfield and I must say this is the first year I’ve started speaking to people in the complex. When I first moved here in 2018 I was very nervous living on the property. I wasn’t pleased with my neighbors and other neighbors loudness and heavy traffic late at nights. After new management Came in a year later, I noticed our community turning around drastically! First I noticed The guys that used to stand around the property with book bags were gone. The grounds were being mowed and trash lessened. We got a new Clean playground for my baby to play in 24hr security and now Brookfield has a privacy gate!!! I think PHILLIPIA is making great strides to making this complex something special on Washington Rd. Not to mention the timeliness and effectiveness on handling maintenance issues has been on point. Ted and Courtney are on point! I will be renewing my lease !
