The Brookhaven Collection

If I could give this place 0 stars I most defiantly would! I actually work in the apartment industry and I have NEVER experienced a distasteful living experience like I've experienced living at The Brookhaven collection (The Hendrix). THIS IS NOT CONSIDERED LUXURY LIVING AT ALL THE BEST THING ABOUT THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM IS TOMMIE (maintenance) THE REST ARE VERY DISPOSABLE! They are attempting to charge for parking for guest, the gates are always broken, my packages are always stolen and the office staff doesn't care or try to fix the situation, the trash shoots has roaches and are very filthy, the halls are filthy as well, the elevators does not work and the ones that actually does work always has urine inside! IF YOU PLAN ON MOVING HERE OR RENEWING YOUR LEASE I ADVISE YOU TO RUN FOR THE HILLS ID RATHER LIVE IN A SHED! I ACTUALLY PAY MY RENT ON THE FIRST OF EACH MOTNH SO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE UPSET ABOUT THESE TERRIBLE LIVING SITUATIONS!
