Due to a resolution contract, I cannot go in to the details of my 1 star review. The issues were presented to corporate and their legal team. As of today, I no longer reside at Spoke. My only advice is to document everything very well should you choose Spoke. I did, thankfully.

So thankful for the Spoke ATL team for helping me find an amazing apartment. The application process was smooth and efficient. Special shout outs to the property manager Kristen, the assistant manager Tyler, and the leasing professional Naomi for getting everything ready for my move in within 24hrs.

By far the best apartments I’ve lived in. Moved in May 2020 I ran into some issues with someone taking my belongings, they ran the cameras and moved expeditiously, I was very pleased. Not to mention the staff is very nice and welcoming, I remained spoke to all my friends and family.

Obsessed is not the word. I recently just moved from Florida and needed to find a place ASAP, I'm so glad I found Spoke apartments because its everything I wanted and MORE! The amenities are so nice and the staff are just so lovely and accommodating. Defff will be resigning here!
