        Went here to purchase a zero turn. We walked in and over the course of several minutes saw 10 employees and not a single one acknowledged that we were at the counter. One man was on the phone and seemed bothered that we happened to walk up at the same time. All it takes is one moment we will be right with you and I would have waited as long as needed and they wouldve made thousands. Ended up taking our business to Howard Brothers down the road for a new mower.

        I called ahead to make sure they had the part I needed and the parts rep stated that they had it. I informed him I was on my way to pick it up. I arrived and waited for thirty minutes while five different employees were sitting in chairs. Not once did any employee ask if they could help me. The three employees at the parts counter did not speak. One was on the phone and made two calls while I waited. Worst customer service I believe I have ever seen. Definitely will not take my business to Ag Pro in Athens. Have had better service in Madison, Ga just didnt have time for that drive on this particular day. Wont make that mistake again.
