        The office staff at Care Medical has been great. HOWEVER, the person that set up my autopay and told me what my monthly payment would be LIED TO ME. I've been charged 191.00, 152.54, and getting ready to charge me 84.04. I received my CPAP machine February 5th. I've been charged over 400.00 within 2 months. The billing department lady I spoke with, Connie, was the rudest person I have ever encountered. My machine was returned to the Prince Avenue location, March 28th and I have a receipt for the return, yet I am STILL BEING CHARGED. I can't get anyone to contact me. I had better NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN ON April 15th. I need someone to contact me as soon as possible.
