Would not recommend if you have a fear of anesthesia and or the dentist. I have children and advised the staff that I was afraid on multiple occasions I wouldn’t wake up because I had never been sedated before. While the staff was super friendly to me and assured I would be okay and tried to ease my mind Dr. Miller whom had seen me upset came in and advised he was having an issue getting another patient to wake up from sedation and left the room again. So I sat alone freaking out wondering if I would have an issue waking up. When I asked about the child he had told me about to make sure they were awake and safe he got rude because I asked was the “baby†awake as I have 3 kids and they are all my babies and will always be babies. He acted like I was stupid and advised babies do not have teeth rather than just giving me peace of mind and stating the patient was fine, or simply never telling me he had an issue getting a patient to wake up to begin with. Thankfully surgery went well I assume because I woke up but when asking after care before surgery it was brushed off and I got a piece of paper to refer to. He may be the best dentist working with teeth but unfortunately not the best working with people.

It's gone downhill in the last few years. We were really impressed when we started going there. Then the hygienist complained about our insurance (Delta Dental) not reimbursing them at a high enough rate and that they would soon be cutting it. They did, but they allowed us to stay. Then COVID hit. We were impressed with their diligence in the early months, but found out in December 2020 they had an outbreak among staff and did not close down or notify patients. By Spring 2021, they had loosened up precautions more than we were comfortable, so 2/3 of us left. The other 1/3 received a strange, poorly written letter in the mail saying his appointment was cancelled because they were short staffed. When he called to reschedule, they saw he had Delta Dental and said he could no longer go there. We've been unable to get records from them, and they gave our new dentist's office inaccurate information about our insurance claims. Byeeeee! Good luck not taking UGA's insurance!

back last year me and kids had an dentist visit. upon us checking out at the front desk a hispanic lady or she could of been white... was very rude/disrespectful. Basically, I had an outstanding balance, but at the moment I was experiencing financial issues( which they was notified of). I explain to her that I was paying on the visit for that day but instead she acted as if she was refusing to take my payment and kept insisting that I paid both past due and current. Then she stated you should have the money to pay for it we been sending out notice to you. Which was totally unprofessional. I then contacted her manager and basically all she did was made excuses for the staff member. I highly recommend these businesses to really evaluate the people that they call they self hiring in these suppose to be professional setting dealing with civilians on a daily basic.
