Einstein Bros. Bagels

Got there at 9:30am on a Sunday (supposedly they open at 7am), no lights on, locked and closed. I enjoy their bagels but seriously, you gotta be open to do business

Just horrable. 3 months ago my order of 2 dozen bagels was messed up. Not only was there not enough of my needs, but I was told the "baker left them high and dry". AND this was on a Sunday morning between 7-8. I was also charged incorrectly which I caught the mistake before transaction tendered. My bagels that I really didn't want were all sliced (which I requested not be sliced) as well as no freezer bags put in the box. I brought the issue up with the manager on duty however nothing was corrected. I was going to wait and call the corporate number the following day. However I couldn't steam pot on it anymore. So I called, addressed all of my concerns. I was told I'd be getting a call back with a rectified response.... Nothing recieved. I called this store about a week later and spoke with the manager of the store. She said she wrote my name/number down and when I were to come back in I'd get 1\2 off 2 dozen bagels. So, about 2 weeks ago, on a Sunday I called at 7am to place my 1/2 off order. No answer, called 3 more times, no answer. I drive to the location, store closed. Lights off, door locked, sign on door says closed. This was at 8am and I wasn't the only one trying to buy food. Seriously????? I did get bagels that day, however I bought them at a different location much further away at full price. I won't be coming back to this location EVER. If this company does care, you already have my name and number.

It’s a busy Thursday morning, college kids are out looking for coffee and bagels and you are not open even though the hours said 7 am? So disappointing

Seriously....I love Einstein Brothers and was excited to be in a town that had one (I live an hour away). I took came into the downtown area for the specific purpose of of eating here. I had to find a parking space, PAY FOR PARKING and had to get my stroller and infant out of the car. After going through all that trouble THEY WERE CLOSED!!!! Even though their hours say they should be open. So with 45 mins left in the parking meter, I am leaving. Thank alot!
