I highly recommend Shutter Pros. We were in the process of purchasing a new construction home (lots of naked windows!) and I reached out to several plantation shutter companies to get quotes. Shutter Pros was competitive on price (slightly higher than some of the bigger companies you've heard of) but what sealed the deal for us was the customer service and install timing. John has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and the quality of the shutters is fantastic. We had an issue with a broken window that was awaiting replacement, and John came back out to remove the shutters on that window and then re-install them after the window was replaced and no additional charge. I also love that this is a small, local business who utilizes another small, local business to manufacture the shutters. You will not regret your choice of Shutter Pros!
Update Aug 2022: We have had the shutters for a year and a half now, and I could not be happier. I am so glad John guided me to a larger size than I was originally going for and the shutters are all still in perfect condition... no paint chips, no issues opening and closing them.

The entire experience with John was seamless - he is knowledgeable and professional. We got quotes from two additional companies (Acadia and Home Depot) and John beat their quotes by several hundred dollars. Our shutters are solid wood and made custom in Georgia. They were installed today and look amazing. Highly recommend!

I was able to have the measurements done same day. Very friendly guy, he made recommendations on what's the best product to have installed. They were custom made and installed the following week. Totally satisfied, would recommend.
