Spaulding Decon is the ABSOLUTE BEST! The owner, Madison Rybeck, drove a long way to my home for a potential job for mold remediation and clean up only to determine that what I thought I needed was unnecessary. Honesty is a great quality and Spaulding Decon has certainly got it! Despite her knowing there would be no job for their company, she still took the time to inspect my whole basement and crawlspace. Madison also took the time to review my mold test findings (and the inconsistent information that it reported). Because of her, I now feel better about being in my home and feeling it is safe. And, if not already going above and beyond, Madison inspected my home inspection report, went over it with me, and inspected every inch of my house!! She ended up detecting a leak below my kitchen sink and showed me where it was wet. I would have never known, until it was too late, that this leak was there. Because of her thoroughness, I was able to get my leak fixed and stop the chance of creating a devastating disaster. After Madison’s thorough inspection and assessments, I felt so much better about my home condition that I couldn’t help but give her a big hug of thanks when she was leaving! Spaulding Decon is the real deal! Professional, honest, reliable (right on time!), extremely knowledgeable in their field, and genuinely wanted to help. They also will work with your insurance company, if needed. And their experience and skills go beyond mold remediation, water damage restoration, and clean up…they also do crime scene clean up, drug lab cleanups, address the health hazards of hoardings, AND will even buy your home in a hassle free way!! We had a mold issue that was all around our house - both bathrooms and living room. Justin and Madison came out and got everything taken care of. They are both very professional and respectful. They made the process go smoothly and did a very good job explaining what was going on and what needed to be done. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some assistance. We had a situation that had been going on for many years and were never able to get out from under it. In one day they took years off of our workload! They were so friendly and professional. It's a humiliating thing and yet they didn't make me feel bad one bit. They were compassionate and kind and I would recommend this company to any and everyone! They did such an amazing job above and beyond what we were expecting.
