I had Southern Property Restoration come out to find a leak in my patio that no one else could find, not roofers, window co's. etc. Alex did an excellent job and was HONEST. I fully recommend them to do anything around the house. I am so glad my Insurance Co. recommended them. Thank you so much!

This company wasted my time for 3 months. I signed a contract with Alex Payne (an estimator of sorts) to act on my behalf to audit/review/appraise my insurance company’s estimate for a significant amount of storm damage related to hurricane Irma. Rather than receive such report in a timely manner I instead had my time wasted for 90 days through a series of excuses and deplorable communication and outright lies including “we’re 95% finished” or “I’ll have it to you by the end of week”. Ultimately no such report was preformed on behalf and now my insurance company has stopped funding additional living expenses for my family. Also, this company is a “preferred vendor” for my insurance company. Go figure.

After a 100ft oak tree fell on our house (and cars) we used Southern Property Restoration to restore our home. Toby Thompson, the Estimator we worked with was excellent. Great communication throughout a stressful time for us and provided a lot of expertise. We were comfortable with all the subcontractors who they brought in and they finished our project in the time frame we expected. Highly recommend.
