I had a long list of miscellaneous "honey do's" that had to be done prior to putting my house on the market. James was quick to come to my home and review the list of repairs with me. While there he prepared a detailed quote, and within a week everything was completed. His work is excellent, and his customer service is even better! I found James via a simple Google search and read through his many 5 star reviews. He returned my first call within 24hrs and had me scheduled for a quote the very next day. I appreciated his "old school" approach. He was friendly, informative and provided great customer service. He walked me through all of my options, but made straight-forward recommendations that resulted in the best "bang for my bucks". It's been 3 weeks and I have immediately noticed a difference in my HVAC efficiency. I would HIGHLY recommend James and will definitely be using him for any of my future needs.

We desperately needed attic space for storage, and Jim Lubbe and his crew did a thoroughly professional job, giving us more space without impediments than we ever hoped for. Jim approaches his work in a patient, thoughtful manner, always looking for ways to improve the situation. Because of his careful research, we are now able to enter the attic with a normal size door through a closet, and have over 300 square feet of pure space. In addition, Jim did a couple of smaller tasks for us at no extra cost to the price originally agreed to. Unlike so many other contractors, Jim arrives when he says he will arrive. And he does what he says he will do! When Jim and his crew left, they cleaned up the entire site with no debris left behind. The place was as clean as when they arrived. Looking back, I am amazed at how quickly Jim got back to us with a quote, and then finished the job. 5 star outfit! Best contractor in every sense that we ever had.
