        Absolutely horrible burger, fries, and onion rings. They were all tasteless and chewy, not hot.and crisp. They've been open for a long time but we're never coming back.

        I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered my food on the phone and when I got to the location to pick it up they claimed they didnt get my order. Thats fine, I left and came back 20 minutes later to pick up the food. I get the food home and it was terrible. The wings were overcooked and old. The chili cheese fries were stale and the Bleu cheese tasted off as well. Terrible food. I called today to talk to the GM and he was so rude to me. He told me he would file a complaint against me and he asked me what I expected when ordering takeout. I understand people have bad days but my experience was terrible. I would like to get in contact with corporate.
