Stay away from Homeside for your property. Had two violations on my house from Homeside. I fixed one but not good enough to their standard and they kept charging me. I was having an email discussion about the violation with the Mary the Homeside manager but was charging me for that violation. Homeside never sent me any notification that the had start charging me for the violations. They waited until I paid my annual dues and withdrew funds to pay to pay the lawyer because they turned me over for collection. I finally worked with the HOA lawyer and the HOA board to settle the account. If you want transparency with a management company for your HOA community run away from Homeside and find someone who works with the homeowners.

Confusion regarding check I mailed apparently to the wrong address. Hopefully the problem is solved. April responded to my email upon returning or while away and all seems to be cleared up to my satisfaction and Homeside received payment.

So very disappointed with this management company very bad business Christy Barber is the property manager for the Brandon mill subdivision she never once mentioned that my association fees never went through her and I constantly were talking to each other via a email regarding roof leaking and some other problems with the condo not once she mentioned that my account is not up to date nor they didnt receive my payment all the letters and the notices they sent were going to my very old PO Box that I closed long time ago. Ive been with this association for seven years and not once I was late on my payments, because of this lady Christy Barber I was charged lots of penalties an interest and lots of nonsense fees it looks like they intentionally Can add up the fees.
