I chose this company because of the good reviews. I was scheduled to have a water heater installed 2 weeks out because they were busy. When the time came for the install no one showed up. I got stood up for service. If your too busy that's understandable but please be professional about it.

I couldn't be happier with Aqua Plumbing.  I called to get some help fix a gas pipe that was installed by another company.  The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice, super helpful answering my questions and set up an appointment to get me a quote right away.  Brandon is the technician that came out to not only give me a quote but he also did the work.  During his visit for the quote he explained to me exactly what he would do and how he was going to do the work.   We set up a time for him to come to the house and he was right on time and got straight to work.  The work he did was first class and like I mentioned above, I couldn't be happier with Aqua Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Aqua Plumbing replaced my garbage disposal.  I was RIDICULOUSLY OVERCHARGED.  When David arrived to do the work, my wife let him in the house.  Although I was in the house, he obtained her consent ... she had no prior knowledge of the issue.    Unfortunately they didn't quote the job before they arrived.  The unit retails for $100 and took 20 minutes to install.  Homeadvisor suggests paying an average of $180 for this job and that would seem reasonable.  When I was presented with a bill for $475 I was stunned.   THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.  Mike, their Master Plumber, refuses to return my calls.  If you run a business and can't face your customers ... you're in the wrong business.
