Tiffany Earle was the poorest excuse for a loan officer, they could find. She gathered information and money fast gave my wife an approval, then transfers my wife's file from Legacy Home Loans over to this place. They charge you the appraisal fee fast, and they will also charge a reappraisal fee too. Also highest fee's in industry, this is common practice for this company. They schedule bogus closing date then Tiffany makes an excuse every time why she couldn't make it. She was in multiple closings but couldn't figure out my wife's loan. She claimed multiple people were going to loose their loans, that's her excuse. That has nothing to do with your client, you shouldn't take on work you can't handle. You also shouldn't make promises you can't keep. Don't use this bogus over priced company, not worth the drama period!

Looking at the reviews I was a little skeptical but I knew Joey Morea from his previous industry and I knew he would take care of me as he always has. From the moment the process started until weeks after I closed on my property, Joey was on top of everything. He always followed up and found the answers for every question I had. He couldn’t have made this process easier. This is usually a very tedious process and Joey Morea made it an unbelievable experience. Thanks Joseph!

Working with Joey Morea was absolutely phenomenal. I am in the finance/loan industry myself and he is everything I hope I am to my clients.
