        As a veteran family, husband served, we dont always get treated kindly. But, Jon was an absolute gentleman throughout the whole PROCESS. And boy did my family have a process. Though it was through no fault of our own. Jon was patient through it all. Even through my constant needs for confirmation and explanations. It was a pleasure working with you Jon. While we love our home, we know who to work with if needed in the future!
