Lolah is the best! When we called around looking for an agent to help us buy a home, Lolah asked all of the right questions and immediately went to work based on our ideas for a home. My wife and I work from home but have pretty strict schedules, so if a house we liked popped up on the market Lolah was there checking things out for us. If the home wasn't something that would meet our requirements (pictures can lie really well), Lolah would let us know instead of us having to drive out there to be disappointed. We were first time homebuyers and Lolah was able to educate us on the process and even helped us out with our lender. We initially tried to go with one of the popular online lenders who initially gave us a great preapproval, but once we started getting closer to underwriting started chipping away at the amount we could feasibly borrow.In this current market, having an ally was crucial to finding our home.
