First, waited 50+ minutes after the building opens to get a blood test, to find out none were scheduled. Fine. Then I saw Dr. John Lelli. Never have a met a doctor that was so indicative, so utterly representational of the problem with Kaiser doctors as this man. He did a few quick tests while more or less interrupting me and ignoring what I was saying and fiddling with his computer. Then he deferred giving an answer on anything to either my primary doctor or some other department. This man literally does not give a crap. His only goal is to get in and out quickly. He refused to even give orders for a blood test for physicals! I understand he's not my primary but that's silly. I don't even have a post visit summary anywhere in the system on the app. They were also supposed to give me another blood pressure test after the visit because my initial one was high. He didn't, even when I explicitly told them the nurses asked for that, he just sort of said he would ask someone to do that while walking off. Obviously I had to flag down a random nurse myself. The retest was fine. Kaiser doctors always seem overworked and try to get in and out quickly. I'm sort of used to that. But when they barely even listen to you and act like this? I think if my primary doctor visit ends up like this as well, I'm cancelling Kaiser and using another insurance. Thankfully my company has options, and Kaiser is getting too expensive to have visits like this.

Wouldnt see my mom as a patient and she came in very sick!!! And the waiting room was empty!! Ill never go here again!

Dr. Olderman is truly amazing! She always listens to my concerns and reassures me. She does not dismiss me or make me feel crazy for asking questions. Christen was our RN and she is so so sweet!

Awful long line. Only one person assigned. On top of that I was forced to wait in line again after I was forced to find my own if the counter medicine. Awful service.
