It takes a lot for me to write a review but this deserves it. Earlier this year I submitted a small order for aerosol cans which I received and got an invoice for by email. There was no link to pay by card so I attempted calling and no one answered. I then sent an email asking someone to call which I never received. A couple times since then I've received the invoice again my email, again I'd call and reply asking for help with payment and no reply. Finally today I received an email with the same invoice and a late fee added. I called and to my surprise someone answered. After explaining my issue they mentioned there was a link to online payment on the email so I shouldn't have had an issue. I explained there was no such link and they argued otherwise. I then sent a screenshot of the email I was viewing showing no link was visible and their was response was a rude "I don't know what to tell you then". All I was trying to achieve here was paying by card and finding out how to do so online so that in the future I could pay right away. I am still shocked along with my secretary who heard the call by the attitude of the lady whom I spoke with. Besides not being understanding or helpful, she went out of her way to ensure her attitude was heard. I kept waiting for some sort of apology or such at the end of the call though never received one. Prior to this I've ordered from this company without any issues, and any that did come up were taken care of quickly and very professional. Multiple sales reps here I've talked with have been awesome though we've never ordered large amounts. I've referred many districts we work for to this company over competitors for stencil/paint orders to supply to us. This one call has left me speechless and very disappointed here. Thanks Samantha.
