I wish there was an option for more stars. This is not a place for whining, crying, complaining, or acting out. This is a place where champions are created. This team is built around being safe and respectful... I can't stress the word respect enough. I don't know how much longer Grand Master Murgel will want to continue to train people... but we'll be here until he decides to stop. We moved further away and we're still making the trip 3 days a week because you're not going to find a school like this anywhere else.

This place is a joke. I come from Gracie gym in Colorado as a blue belt and they dont even allow you to try a class to either pay for it or you dont get to participate. How do you know if you want to come here if you dont even get to train

A year ago we decided to put our son into martial arts. After much research we found Grand Master Murgel & Union Team BJJ. We have been totally blown away with the level of training, the excellence of instructors and cleanliness of the school. Our daughter just turned 8 and she just started as well.
We consistently get comments at tournaments of people thinking our son has been training longer than he has. As a parent it is reassuring to know our kids are not only getting a skill that could save their lives but having fun while doing it!

This is the place for solid instruction in a welcoming but competitive atmosphere. Our 9yo daughter has been going for 6 months and we are notice she has more strength, increased physical dexterity, and improved confidence. The instruction from GM Murgel is top notch. It's no surprise the kids who compete do well in tournaments. My daughter recently entered two tournaments and found her way to the podium three times, with one 1st place! Would highly recommend!
