Absolutely the worst experience of my family's life. In our opinion, Michael Fusco only worked for his company's best interest, not ours. The process took longer than quoted and was much more difficult than it should have been. After terminating our agreement with WorldClaim we were able to settle with our insurance company in days, for more than WorldClaim was working towards. Call a local trusted attorney, they are legally boynd to only work for your best interests in mind.
