The inspection was very thorough. They provide 2 reports. One summary report highlighting the issues to be fixed. Other report detailing the complete inspection. They were available for re-inspection as well and were very responsive for questions asked. I would highly recommend them and would also work with them in future for other inspection needs.

The inspection was very good and very thorough. The report was made very well. I am extremely satisfied with the inspection and the report. Because of this inspection, we could know the issues in the home and we could request the builder to fix them for us. The inspectors found a major leakage in the basement that we would not know without inspection. The inspectors also found missing insulation in the attic which we would not know without inspection. We are very thankful to you and very grateful to you. You did a fantastic and awesome job. Hats off to you for your excellent team and the excellent work that they do.

Pre-dry Wall - I highly recommend using Rob for home inspections. Rob and Tyler walk you through the inspection process explaining in detail of each and every aspect of the inspection. Rob is through professional and knowledgeable. Got the final report, less than 24 hrs post inspection. I will be using Conley Home Inspections for final inspection.

Rob Connely is one of the most thorough, honest and knowledgable professionals I have worked with. Weve used him on 2 home inspections and an after remodel inspection and appreciate his patience and the detailed explanations he provides. He answers all of our questions and goes above and beyond to give us extra information. If I could give him more stars I would!
