The building materials are horrible. Cheaply built to say the least. The door knobs just fall off just by closing the door. The grade of paint is the lowest quality ,everything leaves a mark. It's like living in a house made of straw. Don't walk run away from this builder if you can.

One of the worst builders. Many in our subdivision are dealing with water leak due to crack in foundation. We are spending 10s of thousands. It is shocking that this company is still in existence. Also warranty wont cover a thing. They can do humanity a favor by shutting themselves down.

Very unprofessional people who just like to deceive their customers, you will feel cheated with them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED WITH THESE THIEVES!!!!!! We recently purchased a home from them in Atlanta and they did not mention that 80% of our backyard will be coming under buffer strip. When they started building we came to known that, such an important point no one mentioned to us. While selling the lot they mentioned this is 7000sqft will be all yours and we bought home only because our requirement was a bigger backyard. This is extremely bad. Their HOA rules are also very different than other builders. Also, Their real state agent and design studio agents are very rude and do not talk to you properly once you sign contract. The design studio is unnecessary expensive and they will charge for everything, they are just giving you basic infrastructure with the home price unlike other builders like lennar and DR Horton. We are seriously regretting after buying home with them.

They used poor quality of material. Least bothered about customer satisfaction. Warrant team is not professional. At the time of closing builder said if the gross not become to good shape within 3 to 4 months we will replace it (they put gross but they didnt do proper watering hence it was in dead state). My cabinets color faded within one month and immediately I opened a ticket then they said they replace them as part year end work. Now the guy who handles warranty tickets is saying we dont do. Really disappointed with Ashtonwoods services.
