Seriously wouldnt recommend going here . Especially people who are low income. My grandfather passed away and my payment was a month behind and 1 day the night they came for my car without a warning. The towing company Didnt want to give my childrens car seats we ended up calling the police . They literally dont even want to give over my belongings in my car . Or my personal tag. they didnt even send the letters this entire year to my address so some stranger had been getting my mail . They had the wrong address and everything this place is terrible and unprofessional. Obviously someone is not doing their job right . I wouldnt recommend coming here theyre insensitive to your situation the manger Marcos said himself he hears storys all the time like basically an eye roll . he could care less. I dont want someone else going through something like this my little girl has hydrocephalus were constantly going back and forth to Atlanta for her neurologist doctor shes only 2 years old shes also autistic and had to go to therapy 3 times a week. I work two jobs and doordash on the side . They took my car and said if I wanted it back I would have to pay the remaining balance of $7,000 theyre crazy. This place does not care about you or your family dont put yourself in this situation just go elsewhere. I promise you I never thought a place could be so cruel but theyre and the tow man they sent out was very unprofessional disrespectful and aggressive told me he had a weapon and showed me a fake badge said he was the one in Charge and that he decides if I get my car back or not. and recorded my family and I on private property . DO NOT GO HERE

un professional and rude with this 2 lady's that answer the phone twice when I called one lady threatened me on getting my car towed if I didnt make the payment at the end of this month. I tried to talk to someone or a manager about my situation and the respond I got was they couldn't schedule an appointment with the manager because they didnt have access to the manager agenda when he would be available was trying to get answers on how I could solve this issue.
