Would definitely recommend these folks! The owner put up with my many, many questions about why his system was better than SimpliSafe (no comparison now that I know!) due to my dubious nature about sales folks in general. Can't remember all the tech info but they use Honeywell equipment which is the best for this application - something about 15 layers of encryption & being non-hackable due to not using wi-fi which is what sold me! Prices are very reasonable and we love the installer - Steve! He is nice, funny, professional, and good and put up with my pickiness about where to install everything. I like the app and the keypad - it even shows the weather! Somehow we manage to forget to cut off different zones & set the alarm off at least once a week it seems & they call RIGHT AWAY! SS used to never called. Also - Steve had recommended a Glass Breakage sensor and we got 2. Wasn't sure if we would ever see if they worked (hoped we wouldn't) but my husband accidentally slammed the microwave door shut last night and the alarm had already been set & it worked like a charm - even though it wasn't glass! They called immediately and my husband explained what had happened! The rep said we could have the settings changed to make it less sensitive and I said NO! I love that it actually works! Dump the useless SimpliSafe and get these guys to put in a real system! :)))

Courteous and seemingly professional, but i think quality of work could use improvement. My rating would be a 2.5 if there were half stars, but just dont feel like a 3 star rating would be telling the truth. Exposed wires running through my closet and holes in my cieling where wires run into attic. I can see light from my attic when light is turned on. Just not worth it to holler to them about, I hired a local guy to fix he even got the wires in the wall, and it only took him 45 minutes. I dont understand why that amount of time couldnt have been taken by andrews. Id rather pay more to have job performed with a quality mindset. I switched from ackerman, and now I'm wondering if I should have. Fair prices- **sub par workmanship**- good salesman, didnt waste my time, sold me what I wanted and didn't try to "jam" anything else in there. So, 2.5 stars out of 5.
