Had an experience with this company,which was unique. A tech came in the morning to do a disconnect. Someone was outside and asked who they were and what they were doing there. The man ignored them and kept the box open. Then once they figured out who he was and his business on the property the bill was paid before he left and he still cut the line. Now,he had a job to do and I get that. The attitude you have while doing your job is a place of concern. Delivering bad news to people everyday wears away to service part of the job but that's no excuse for a lack of communication while working.
