THIS STORE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I noticed on Saturday 10/24 that all of their equipment was moved out. Luckily we got our clothes last Wednesday. Not everyone did, I'll bet. Their quality has been slipping over the last few years. Not a huge loss.

Third class phatatic service very bad service they don't know how can treat with the clothes. i give them Armani Exchange jacket for dry clean. But when i am going to pickup the jacket . The jacket was as it is .and she saying we do .horrible experience.

These cleaners ruined my silk custom made bedskirt. I asked that it be dry cleaned. When I picked it up it lacked it's luster and the hem was messed up. Today when I placed it back on my bed, the skirt had shrunk 4 inches. When I called the cleaners, the owner or manager was not available to talk. I was told the owner would call me on Monday. I pressed to ask the owner/manager to please call me today and was repeatedly told that Mrs. Kim would call me on Monday. If Mrs. Kim calls me on Monday, and makes an effort to compensate for replacement of my bedskirt, I will follow up with a more positive review. For now, I am so disappointed, as a lot of time and expense were involved in selecting and sewing my bedding.
