My name is Mariana Baca-Patil, and I have been dealing with TMJ disorder since February 2024. I suffered from multiple symptoms of varying severity, including ear aches, face, jaw, neck, and shoulder pain, brain fog, drooping eye lids, and numbness of the right side of my face.
I was introduced to Dr. Tapia at the end of March. After examining my mouth thoroughly and asking questions during my first appointment, he quickly knew what was wrong with me. My bite was off, and my jaw didn't have stability, which was causing my constant pain and discomfort.
He scanned my mouth and determined my right bite size. He then worked for 6 hours on one day, gave the right size to my crowns and teeth, and, all the pain and discomfort went away in a few days. There wasn't a need for expensive mouth orthodontics or expensive treatments. He solved my problem!
He works with a team that is very efficient and friendly. After 3 appointments, I feel that Im able to enjoy my life again.
Dr. Tapia is an amazing professionalhe is incredibly kind and efficient through his use of the most recent technology. To close out my experience, his billing department was very effective and easy to work with.
I highly recommend Dr. Tapia to anyone looking for a doctor who puts their patients care first!
