Never again will I order from Honey Baked. Don't know what's going on with this company but the service I got was terrible. Pre-ordered my hams would not let me pay for them on that day.. call the day before to make sure everything was still on the up and up and they said it was. Sent my husband there to get them they did not have the hams that I ordered. This was in Novi Michigan then the woman hung up on me. Tried calling cooperate.Good Luck getting through to cooperate. This company is a JOKE!!!!!

I purchased a ham online for a friend whose father passed away. When I went to pick up the ham, they had sold it to someone else. This was the store in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Terrible Customer Service. I have been sending hams for Xmas for 15 years now. I can tell you it will not happen for 2024. Customer service was not helpful at all. T
