        Great experience! We used Merry Maids for the first time this week and were very pleased. I inquired with them about a cleaning over the weekend and they were able to schedule an appointment to come to our home just a couple days later. Mary was kind, professional, and did a great job cleaning our home.

        I ordered a deep clean before I moved into our new home over this past weekend. My kitchen and bathrooms were SPARKLING. But, to be honest, I was very disappointed with the floors in our home - they were not touched (at all). I was very upset - called and spoke with Zachary who made the situation right after supplying him with photos. While this situation was disappointing, I appreciate that Zachary cared enough to call me back and come to a resolution. He was very professional and understanding.
