Anybody know if these folks are still in business or not? I know they were about a month ago when I stopped by there but for the past week, I have tried calling their number (770-442-8883) multiple times over at least a week's period of time. Nobody answers, and the mailbox remains full and unable to take messages. I was given an email address (tcalhoun@americasbestaut…) and sent a message, but no response.

In the past I've written good reviews. Unfortunately I just found out that the 14 months that I've had them doing repairs on my car over several different occasions the only work that was actually done was the oil changes. Thousands of dollars of repairs were paid for that were never actually done, despite bringing my car in, waiting hours and paying for them. I just took my car to AAA and saw the pictures of my vehicle proving it wasn't done. Despite the $2,500 I paid ABA over the last year I'll need to pay another $2,500 to get the actual work done. I have no doubt this is why ABA encourages customers to pay in cash with a discount.

OMG . No more going to the dealership to get any work done on my car when I say the most professional setting they explained in detail about what was done to my car. They have a lounge on the second floor I watched a movie while getting my car worked on. Please support their business. I wish I could have given them 10 stars THANK YOU!!!!!
